But is the cold we saw during much of March gone for good?
Past experience says don’t count the cold out just yet. If you’re at the coast or close by, your last frost has likely already come and gone. But inland, gardening experts suggest waiting until April 15 before you count out a spring frost and plant your garden. The map below should help you figure out when the average last frost is in the spring where you live:
As we’ve learned this year already, winter may still have a little left in the tank through mid-April.
