Greenville police draw guns during felony traffic stop on Hooker Road

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) – Guns were drawn by officers during what Greenville police referred to as a felony traffic stop on Hooker Road Monday evening.

It happened around 6:30 p.m. Officers on scene said in stops that are deemed high risk, they like to be extra cautious.

Officers said someone in the car threw marijuana and cocaine out of the window when they noticed police behind them.

Two individuals in the car were arrested. No word on the charges.
