8 arrested in 11th round of Operation Hourglass

BEAUFORT, N.C. – Deputies said Friday eight more people have been arrested and charged in the eleventh round of Operation Hourglass. It’s a collaborative effort between law enforcement agencies that targets those involved in the illegal sale and delivery of narcotics. With the newest arrests, a total of 97 people have been arrested and a total of 106 suspects have been charged as part of the operation. The following individuals were arrested and charged as part of round 11:

Stephen Michael Gray, 26 – 111 Croatan Colony Drive, Newport.
Bond: $15,000 secured
Four counts – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule III controlled substance; four counts – sell and deliver a schedule III controlled substance; two counts – sell a schedule III controlled substance; two counts – deliver a schedule III controlled substance; two counts – conspire to sell and deliver a schedule III controlled substance; one count – maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, and place for a controlled substance.

Christopher Gray Harvey, 36 – 449 McCotter Boulevard, Havelock.
Bond: Written Promise
One count – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance; one count – manufacture a schedule II controlled substance; one count – sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

Patrick Lee Jones, 26 – 314 Eastern Avenue, Beaufort.
Bond: $30,000 secured
Two counts – possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver a schedule I controlled substance; two counts – sell heroin; two counts – deliver heroin; one count – maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, and place for a controlled substance.

Susan White McCarvill, 52 – 2791 Highway 24, Newport.
Bond: $7,500 secured
Five counts – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana; four counts – sell and deliver marijuana; two counts – maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, and place for a controlled substance.

Stephanie Lynette McCleveland, 36 – 3245 Austin Avenue, New Bern. Bond: $5,000 secured
Four counts – trafficking, opium or heroin.

Carlton Trell Nolon, 33 – 1036 Merrimon Road, Beaufort.
Bond: $15,000 secured
One count – possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver cocaine; one count – manufacture cocaine; one count – sell cocaine; one count – deliver cocaine; one count – manufacture, sell, deliver, and possess a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park.

Amon Nehemiah Roberts, 22 – 1406 McArthur Avenue, New Bern.
Bond: $100,000 secured
One count – possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver a schedule I controlled substance; one count – sell heroin; one count – deliver heroin.

Jessica Vanicek, 36 – 884 Roberts Road, Newport.
$10,000 secured
Three counts – simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance; two counts – sell or deliver a counterfeit controlled substance; two counts – simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance; one count – possession with intent to sell and deliver a counterfeit controlled substance; one count – create a counterfeit controlled substance; one count – simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance.
