Nearly 100 people walk to find a cure for Hydrocephalus

WASHINGTON, NC (WNCT) – Hundreds of people came out to the Washington Waterfront on Saturday to support a local boy battling Hydrocephalus.

Gage Hogdin was diagnosed with the incurable disorder as a baby. His mother, Ashley, organized a three mile walk to raise money for a cure.

It’s estimated that over one million Americans are living with hydrocephalus.
