GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) – The fourth and final defendant in the Hustle Mart triple murder case has taken a plea deal.
It happened Friday in a Pitt County courtroom.
Xavier Shamble pleaded guilty to 3 counts of second-degree murder as well as one count of robbery with a deadly weapon.
It was just Wednesday that Raekwon Blount, a third defendant, also took a plea deal for his role in the incident which left three Hustle Mart employees dead back in 2012.
Both Shamble and Blount testified against the other defendants in the case, Antwan Anthony and Willie Whitehead.
Shamble is facing 13 – 18 years in prison.
