Greenville opens new entrepreneur center

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) – A new entrepreneur center has opened up in Greenville.

It is called Greenville Seed and is located at the Willis building near town common.

The center is the product of a  joint relationship with ECU, the city of Greenville and the Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce.

For now, the space has offices for rent and everything you need to start your own business, from classes to free supplies.

“We have a number of experienced business people in the community, and we are going to have that resource available based upon the needs of the entrepreneurs,” said John Ciannamea, the center’s interim director.

Students get six months free at the center.

Head to Greenville Seed’s website for more information about the center.
