Craven County Sheriff’s Office arrests 7 on variety of charges

NEW BERN, N.C. (WNCT) – The Craven County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a number of suspects on the following charges:

Catherine Lalya-Marie Clark, 23, 16 Quinn Street, Havelock.
One count — felony manufacture SCH II CS methamphetamine; one count — felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver SCH II CS methamphetamine; one count — felony sell SCH II CS methamphetamine; one count — felony deliver SCH II CS methamphetamine, one count — felony conspiracy sell/deliver SCH II CS methamphetamine, and one count — felony maintain veh/dwell/place CS methamphetamine.

Julia Sloan Saratoga, 21, 426 Village Drive, Beaufort.
One count — felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver SCH I CS heroin, one count — felony sell heroin, one count — felony deliver heroin, one count — felony maintain veh/dwell/place CS heroin and one count — misdemeanor larceny, poss. stolen goods/prop.

Matthew Thomas Steele Taylor, 30, 1774 Boyd Loop Road, New Bern.
One count — assault on a female.

Richard Eugene Morris, 46, 1010 Albemarle Court, New Bern.
One count —being a fugitive from Florida for probation violations.

Noah Villanueva, 54, 380 Old Vanceboro Road Lot 6, New Bern.
One count — breaking & entering and three counts — secret peeping.

Richard Ryan Rochelle, 26, 380 Old Vanceboro Road Lot 7, New Bern.
One count —possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kysheen Shyquis Wallace, 22, of 215 Capeson Lane, New Bern.
One count — failure to appear in court for driving while license revoked; one count — possession fictitious registration plate; one count — operating a vehicle with no insurance and one count — displaying an expired registration plate.
