Jacksonville police looking for man in Whiz Mart theft

JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) – The Jacksonville Police Department is asking the public’s help in identifying a man wanted for questioning in a theft that occurred on October 2 at the Whiz Mart located at 908 N. Marine Blvd.

Officers described the subject as a black male with short hair in his late 20’s to mid 30’s. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a yellow collared shirt with blue jeans and tan shoes. He left the area on foot headed toward the area of Elizabeth Street, according to officers.
