High school football teams moving games to beat the weather

GREENVILLE (WNCT) – Several high school football teams have moved their games for week eight of the high school football season to as early as Wednesday night  to beat the threat of bad weather for later in the week.

Games now scheduled for Wednesday night, October 5th

Tarboro at South Creek  7:30pm

Games now scheduled for Thursday night, October 6th

DH Conley at CB Aycock  7pm

JH Rose at Southern Wayne  7pm

North Pitt at SW Edgecombe  7pm

West Craven at Havelock  7pm

Ayden-Grifton at Greene Central  7pm

Hertford County at Bertie  7:30pm

New Bern at South Central 7pm

Croatan at North Brunswick  7pm

East Carteret at Pamlico  7pm

South Lenoir at Kinston  7pm

Northside-Jacksonville at Dixon 7pm

Jones Sr. at Lejeune  7pm

Washington at Farmville Central  7pm

Riverside at Northampton  7pm

James Kenan at North Duplin  7pm

Southwest Onslow at East Duplin  7pm
