3 people arrested after Beaufort County investigators found drugs in their home

WASHINGTON, N.C. (WNCT) – On October 1st, investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit issued a search warrant at 5936 Old Sandhill Road in Edward. While in the home, investigators discovered heroin, oxycodone pills, digital scales, and $2,960 in cash.

Archie Minor,34, Deon King-Smith,25, and Alexandra O’berry, 23, were all arrested.

Minor is charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin, sell and delivery of heroin, trafficking in opiates and possession of drug paraphernalia. Minor is in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond.

King-Smith was charged with possession of heroin, trafficking in opiates and possession of drug paraphernalia. King-Smith is in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $1,500 secured bond.

O’berry was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. O’berry is in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $1,000 secured bond.
