Goldsboro Police seeking the public’s help after man shot multiple times

GOLDSBORO, N.C. (WNCT) – The Goldsboro Police Department is investigating a Saturday morning shooting that sent one person to the hospital.

It happened around 3:30 at the intersection of Wilmington Avenue and Sycamore Street.

Police say when offices responded they found Reshawn Washington had been shot multiple times.

The 27-year-old victim was taken to Wayne Memorial Hospital before being transported to UNC-Chapel hill for additional treatment.

The Goldsboro Police Department is asking anyone with information on this incident to call them at (919) 580-4217 or Wayne County Crime Stoppers at (919) 735-2255.
