7 arrested in 6th round of ‘Operation Hourglass’

BEAUFORT, N.C. (WNCT) – Seven more people have been arrested and charged in the sixth round of ‘Operation Hourglass’.
It’s a collaborative effort between law enforcement agencies that targets those involved in the illegal sale and delivery of narcotics.
The follow individuals were arrested and charged as part of round six:

Roger Walter Foster Jr., 51 – 409 West Branch Drive, Newport. Bond: $50,000 secured
Three counts – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance; three counts – manufacture a schedule II controlled substance; three counts – sell a schedule II controlled substance; three counts – deliver a schedule II controlled substance; three counts – maintain a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance.

Kevin Wayne Honeycutt, 21 – 328 Newport Loop Road, Newport. Bond: $25,000 secured
Two counts – sell and deliver heroin; one count – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin.

Donald Joseph Kennedy, 30 – 1903 Johnson Street, Newport. Bond: $15,000 secured
One count – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin; one count – sell and deliver heroin; one count – maintain, sell, deliver and possess a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.

Patrick William Rinaldi, 52 – 186 Country Club Drive, Arapahoe. Bond: $35,000 secured
One count – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance; one count – manufacture a schedule II controlled substance; one count – sell a schedule II controlled substance; one count – deliver a schedule II controlled substance; one count – maintain a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance.

April Dawn Setzer, 28 – Streets of Newport. Bond: $15,000 secured
Two counts – sell and deliver heroin; one count – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin.

Bobbie Shay Weber, 20 – 102 Conner Grant Road, New Bern. Bond: $25,000 secured
Two counts – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin; two counts – manufacture a schedule II controlled substance; one count – sell heroin; one count – deliver heroin; one count – conspire to sell and deliver heroin.

Gerald Logan Whitfield, II, 59 – 218 Clayton Drive, Newport. Bond: $10,000 secured
Two counts – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance; two counts – manufacture a schedule II controlled substance; two counts – sell a schedule II controlled substance; two counts – deliver a schedule II controlled substance; two counts – maintain a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance.
