According to Harvard School of Public Health, 54% of Americans over the age of 18 drink coffee daily.
The consumption of coffee is also a big business.
Harvard reports Americans spend $40 billion annually on their daily Cup of Joe.
When it comes to health benefits, experts suggest coffee drinkers are less likely to develop Type 2 Diabetes, Parkinson’s Disease, dementia, heart rhythm problems, stroke and certain types of cancer.
