Craven County Sheriff’s Office arrests 10 on variety of charges

NEW BERN, N.C. (WNCT) – The Craven County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a number of suspects on the following charges:

Timothy Wayne Tar, 48 – 1514 Park Ave., New Bern.
One count – felony larceny by employee; three felony counts obtaining property by false pretense.

Sean Marcus Powell, 45, 804 Williams Road Lot 1, New Bern.
One count – felony malicious conduct by prisoner; one count – felony possession of firearm by convicted felon; one count – assault on government official; one count – felony assault on law enforcement causing physical injury; two counts – resist, delay, and obstruct public officer.

Brittany Bryant Green, 23 – 302 Railroad Street, Cove City.
One count – resist, delay, and obstruct public officer; one count failure to appear in court for resist, delay, and obstruct public officer.

Stacey Ann Klein, 49, 2314 Oakview Drive, New Bern.
Three counts – simple assault.

Mondtrail D. Boskey, 29, of 1223 Cedar Street, New Bern.
Once count – cyberstalking.

Brandon Darnell Grist, 20, 3604 Yarmouth Road, New Bern.
One count – breaking and entering.

Nicholas Rashad Grist, 19, 3604 Yarmouth Road, New Bern.
One count – breaking and entering.

Clenard Alex Geesimmons, 22, 200 Brown Blvd. Apt. T, Havelock.
One count – failure to appear in court for driving while license revoked and displaying an expired registration plate on vehicle.

Donta Rayvon Swanson-Covington, 19, 718 A Street, New Bern.
One count – failure to appear in court for felony obtaining property by false pretense, larceny, and injury to real property.

Daryl Lee Godette, 51, 2640 NC 101 Hwy., Havelock.
One count – failure to pay child support.
