Changes to Greyhound stops in Jacksonville take effect

JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) – Jacksonville residents can now connect to Greyhound and Amtrak services at one location.

As of September 16th, Greyhound’s bus service and the Amatrak Thruway will connect with the city’s transit system at the bus shelter in front of the Speedway convenience store on New Bridge Street.

The City of Jacksonville says passengers will no longer be picked up or dropped off at locations previously marked as Greyhound bus stops. This includes the stops on Gum Branch Road and Onslow Drive.

For more information on this transit change, click here or contact Greyhound at 1 (800) 231-2222.
