7 arrested in fourth round of ‘Operation Hourglass’

BEAUFORT, N.C. (WNCT) – Seven more people have been arrested in the fourth round of “Operation Hourglass.”

The operation is a collaborative effort between law enforcement agencies that targets persons involved in the illegal sell and delivery of narcotics.

The follow individuals were arrested and charged as part of round four:

Madeline Dare Johnson, 26 – 4108 Gordon Court, Morehead City.
Bond: $10,000 unsecured
One count – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin; one count – conspire to sell and deliver heroin; one count – manufacture a schedule I controlled substance; one count – maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for a controlled substance.

Daniel Michael Jones, 38 – 227 BJ Taylor Road, Beaufort. Bond: $2,000 secured
One count – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule VI controlled substance; one count – manufacture a schedule VI controlled substance; one count – sell a schedule VI controlled substance; one count – deliver a schedule VI controlled substance; one count – maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for a controlled substance.

Randy William O’Neill, 49 – 329 Newport Loop Road, Newport. Bond: $35,000 secured
One count – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin; one count – manufacture a schedule II controlled substance; one count – sell heroin; one count – deliver heroin; one count – maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for a controlled substance.

Paul Anthony Ramos, II, 20 – 2900 Myrtle Street, Morehead City. Bond: $5,000 secured
One count – possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana; one count – sell and deliver marijuana; one count – maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for a controlled substance.

Christian Scott Remington, 17 – 113 Bayshore Drive, Cape Carteret.
Bond: $20,000 secured
Two counts – felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance; two counts – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule VI controlled substance; two counts – maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for a controlled substance; one count – manufacture a schedule VI controlled substance; one count – sell a schedule VI controlled substance; one count – deliver a schedule VI controlled substance; one count – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance; one count – possession of drug paraphernalia.

Earl Garfield Williams, Jr., 69 – 805 Bern Street, New Bern Bond: $5,000 secured
Four counts – trafficking, opium or heroin; three counts – maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for a controlled substance; two counts – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance; two counts – manufacture a schedule II controlled substance; two counts – sell a schedule II controlled substance; two counts – deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

Patricia Dawn Young, 53 – 2512 East Forest Drive, Newport Bond: $5,000 secured
Three counts – possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance; three counts – sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance; three counts – maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for a controlled substance.
