WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WNCT) – Republican Vice Presidential candidate Mike Pence spoke Tuesday in Winston-Salem at a campaign rally.

Pence spoke to supporters at the Millennium Center in downtown, Winston-Salem.

Jobs and the economy were the main themes of Governor Mike Pence’s visit.
“When Donald Trump becomes President of the United States of America, we’re going to advance the time honored policies that will get every American working in this country, in North Carolina,” said Pence.
The Republican Vice Presidential Candidate also made several mentions about the U.S. Supreme Court and appointing the right judges, protecting the Second Amendment, building the wall and this jab at Hillary Clinton.
“I don’t know about the rest of you but I’m starting to feel some Clinton Corruption Fatigue,” said Pence. “You know what I mean, it’s like every day there’s something new.”
With 70 days to go, Pence made it very clear to supporters that the Triad and our state could be the difference between winning and losing in November.
“Make no mistake about it, North Carolina will loom large in the destiny of the nation. The direction that American will choose may very well be made in the decisions you and your neighbors make here in North Carolina.”

He said he will be with Presidential candidate Donald Trump in Arizona on Wednesday to give an important speech on ending illegal immigration.

Pence, the Governor of Indiana, made stops in N.C. earlier this week in Charlotte and Leland.
