DUDLEY, N.C. (WNCT)- A Dudley man is facing drug charges after he was arrested last month.
On July 15th, members of the Wayne County Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Team were working in the Dudley area of Wayne County. While in the area, deputies made contact with a subject standing in the PVA of the Genoa Mart.
The subject was identified as 26-year-old Brian Moore of Dudley, and was believed to be selling narcotics.
Probable cause was obtained during the contact and a vehicle search was conducted. During the search, 7 grams of cocaine were located along with multiple items of drug paraphernalia.
Moore was arrested and charged with possession with intent to sell/distribute cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $5,500 bond.
