Pitt Community College holds fall orientation

WINTERVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) – Students ranging from age 17 to 70 made moves to become a bulldog of Pitt Community College during fall orientation Wednesday morning.

It marks the 16th session for orientation.

Students said it’s exciting to start a new journey. Some making a second go around said it’s never too late to go back to school.

“Swallow your pride, swallow your anxiety, and take the next step,” said Dana Price, new student orientation. “Once you make that step, the rest is water under the bridge.”

Those who attended had the chance to register for classes.

Walk-in registration for Pitt is on August 17th.
