Washington realtor recipient of prestigious 30 Under 30 List award

WASHINGTON, N.C. (WNCT) – Jackson Lancaster is the recipient of the prestigious Coldwell Banker real estate 30 Under 30 List award. The international award is only given to 30 young individuals all over the world.

“It was quite a surprise first when I was nominated for it, then such a reward to know that after all this time of wanting this to have actually won it and received it,” he said.

The 21-year-old is also going down in the state’s history book as the first person to receive the award in North Carolina.

Lancaster says he’s always loved the real estate business.

This isn’t Lancaster’s only job. He’s also a full-time student at ECU.

The owners say he is more than deserving of the award.

“Jackson stands out above any young people we have ever seen get in the business,” a Coldwell Banker representative said. “He exemplifies what this company and what Coldwell Banker represents and that’s knowledge, experience, and professionalism.”

Jackson will head to Miami in October for the presentation of his award among his fellow 30 under 30 recipients.

Coming up at 10 and 11, we’ll have more on Jackson’s achievement and how he balances his full-time professional life with being a full time student.
