Two-car crash causes traffic headaches for Greenville drivers Tuesday morning

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) – A two-car crash caused traffic headaches for drivers in Greenville on Tuesday morning.

The Greenville Police Department said the accident happened on the bridge over the Tar River on Greenville Blvd., just north of Hastings Ford. The incident was responsible for backing up traffic during the early morning rush hour.

It happened around 7 a.m.

Greenville Police and EMS both responded to the scene. There’s no report of any injuries in the incident.

Another accident happened just north of the first crash on U.S. 264 out near North Campus Crossing. Highway Patrol responded to the scene to investigate. They’ve yet to make any details about the incident known.
