Escaped inmate from Wake Correctional Center back behind bars

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCT) – An escaped inmate is back behind bars.

38-year-old Keith Bradley escaped from Wake Correctional Center around 12:15 a.m. Thursday morning. He was captured in Raleigh about two hours later.

Bradley is a minimum-custody inmate serving a two-year sentence for possession of a firearm by a felon and several drug-related convictions. He was assigned to work as a night janitor at the prison and is believed to have used a mop bucket and mop handle to go over the fence.
