Greenville Police investigating armed robbery

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) – Greenville Police are investigating an armed robbery.

It happened Saturday, March 26, shortly just before 6:30 p.m at La Sinaloense Mexican store, which is located at 1700 West 5th Street.

Two male suspects robbed the clerk at gunpoint and got away with money. The first suspect was described as a black male, approximately 15 years old, 5’2” tall, with a slender build. Suspect two was described as a black male, between 17 and 18 years old, 6’3” tall, with a thin build.

No one was injured during the robbery and the case is still under investigation.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Greenville Police Department or Crime Stoppers. Crime Stoppers offers up to a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
