CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) — Following the death of his infant son, a 17-year-old father pleaded guilty on Wednesday to causing the premature death.
Officials say 17-year-old Michael Fiorentino, of Williamsville, pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter in front of New York State Supreme Court Justice John Michalski.
Police have been investigating the death of 2-month-old Bradley Fagan since he died on Oct. 24, later learning the baby was shaken to death. After learning the baby’s father caused the death, officers put out a warrant for his arrest.
Fiorentino, who had since gone to Texas, returned to surrender himself.
The teen faces between five and 15 years behind bars when he’s sentenced on July 15.
