Greenville Police investigate armed robbery

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT)- Just before 10 a.m. today, Greenville Police were called to CiCi’s Pizza at the intersection of Red Banks Road and Greenville Boulevard for an armed robbery.

A white male suspect, approximately 30 years old, wearing a blue shirt and blue pants, reportedly knocked on the door of the business. The suspect was able to gain entry when an employee opened the door. At the time, the suspect is reported to have produced a gun and demanded money. He left the scene by unknown means with an undisclosed amount of cash.

There were two employees inside the business at the time. No one was injured.
