Farmville, Kinston, Havelock, & Rose crowned champions to headline Tournament Title Games

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) – It was a thrilling Friday night of high school basketball across the east.

Rose captured the 3A/4A Eastern Carolina Conference tournament title thanks to a 67-59 overtime win over South Central.

In the 3A Coast Championships, Havelock captured the tournament title for the both the boys and girls over Jacksonville.

Farmville Central stunned North Pitt in the 2A Eastern Plains championship when Tyler Maye drilled a go-ahead three-pointer as time expired.

In the 2A Eastern Carolina Conference championships, Kinston topped Goldsboro in both the boys and girls title games.

3A Coastal: Havelock 69, Jacksonville 43
