Panthers’ player Roman Harper rents home out for charity

CHARLOTTE, NC (WNCT) — Panthers’ safety Roman Harper is all about giving back. For a cool $5,000 you and a friend can rent out his home on Super Bowl Sunday and the proceeds go to charity.

Harper listed the 1 bedroom 2 bath Charlotte apartment on Airbnb calling it a “Panthers fan’s dream den.”

There’s a maximum of two guests. “No pets allowed,” stipulates the listing. “Especially Broncos.”

The listing notes the main television has a 70-inch screen. No parties are allowed.

According to the posting, the proceeds will support Harper’s Hope 41 Foundation, a charity that bills itself as preparing “today’s youth for tomorrow’s challenges.” The posting said Airbnb will match the proceeds.
