Tarboro Police seeking information in Dollar General attempted armed robbery

TARBORO, N.C. (WNCT) – The Tarboro Police Department continues its search for two suspects in an attempted armed robbery at the Dollar General.

Police tell 9 On Your Side the incident happened Jan. 12th at 8:45p.m. at the store on St. Andrew Street.

Tarboro Police is now asking for help identifying two suspects caught on surveillance cameras entering the store. One of the suspects can be seen holding a weapon upon entering the store.

The suspects were last seen running through the parking lot towards St. Andrew Street.
