PREP HOOPS: Washington holds off Southside, 66-60

WASHINGTON, N.C. (WNCT) – The Pam Pack has turned it up a notch.

After losing its first four games of the season, Washington has since won five of their last seven.

That includes tonight’s 66-60 home win over Southside.

The win marked the second victory over the Seahawks in the last month.

Washington led 50-29 heading into the fourth, before Southside closed the game, losing by just six.

The Pam Pack will host Farmville Central on Friday.

Meanwhile, Southside will meet SouthWest Edgecombe at Farmville Central on January 15.
