3 men injured in Kinston shooting

KINSTON, N.C. (WNCT) – Kinston police are investigating a shooting that left three men injured.

It happened Sunday morning on Sherman Street in Kinston.

Police say they got the shots fired call around 3:40 a.m. and then found 3 gunshot victims at Lenoir Memorial Hospital.

One of the men shot says he was walking into a barn when a crowd inside started running out. That’s when he says he and the other two men were shot.

Police are investigating and ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers.
