Onslow Memorial Hospital receives “Grade A” ranking

JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) – Onslow Memorial Hospital got a “Grade A” ranking for the fall of 2015, ranking patient safety in areas like injuries, accidents and infections.

The ratings were given by the Leapfrog Group, an independent hospital watchdog organization, and are given out twice annually.

Of the more than 2500 hospitals issued a hospital safety score this fall, less than 800 earned an “A Grade” like Onslow Memorial Hospital.

Carolina East Medical Center also received an A.
