GREENVILLE,N.C. (WNCT) — East Carolina University hosts the first public input forum in the search for a new chancellor on Monday.

The search committee and the Board of Trustees plans to hold eight statewide forums. The forums aim to garner public input on the qualities and qualifications the ECU community wants to see in the next chancellor.

The first forum is scheduled for Monday at Craven Community College. The public can weigh in from 5p.m -6:30p.m.

Upcoming forums are scheduled to take place in eastern North Carolina, the Triangle, and in the Triad.
