ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (WNCT) – The teen accused of killing a Rocky Mount high school football player now faces charges for a second murder.
Edgecombe County deputies say they’ve obtained a warrant for Tevon Mabry. He’s now facing first-degree murder charges for the shooting death of Tavon Clark in Princeville last month.
They’ve made one other arrest in this case.
Deputies also charged Mabry with the murder of 15-year-old Lavontae Brown earlier this month. He remains in jail.
