Deputies ask for help identifying person in Roanoke Rapids break-in

ROANOKE RAPIDS, N.C. (WNCT) – The Halifax County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying a person suspected of breaking into a Roanoke Rapids business.

Deputies say it happened between Sunday and Monday morning at a business near Airport Drive.

Investigators say the store owner and employees noticed a hole in the wall near the air conditioning unit when they arrived for work. Deputies say the employees also noticed some items had been moved around in the store.

Anyone with information on the identity of the person pictured in the photos below is encouraged to contact the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office or Crime Stoppers at 252-583-4444.
