Rose, New Bern, North Lenoir only teams surviving in 3rd round of volleyball playoffs

GREENVILLE (WNCT) – JH Rose, New Bern and North Lenoir are the lone survivors in the state volleyball playoffs after the third round of play.

In the 4A Eastern bracket Rose swept past Fuquay-Varina in three games at home. New Bern upset Panther Creek in four games on the road. The Rampants will host New Bern in the fourth round on Saturday in Greenville. The Bears handed the Rampants their only loss of the year to end the regular season.

North Lenoir was a winner at home in four games over Currituck
