Investigators found there were two victims, a 15-year-old and a 13-year-old girl. In July of 2014, the 15-year-old reported the suspect as 23-year-old Christopher Sims, an employee at the time.

He was terminated on July 1, 2014 after the incident was reported to the Boys & Girls Club staff.

A second report was filed in March of 2015 to the Goldsboro Police Department by a third victim, an 11-year-old female. All three victims reported they were sexual assaulted during the summer of 2014 by Sims.

A warrant was secured for Sims on Monday for the sexual assault of the 11-year-old and 13-year-old females.  On Thursday, he turned himself into the Magistrates Office without incident.

He is charged with first degree statutory sex offense, Indecent Liberties with a Child, and Sex Offense by Institution Custodian.

He is at the Wayne County Jail under a $250,000 secured bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for October 19th.
