ABC Comission liquor license suspension lifted at Crossbones Tavern

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) – The liquor license suspension of a popular uptown Greenville restaurant and bar has been lifted. The restaurant is back open with their full liquor license.

According to the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission, Crossbones Tavern on 5th Street was temporarily suspended from serving liquor, beer and wine.

An ABC Commission report shows Crossbones Tavern in Uptown was suspended for multiple offenses, including advertising for two for one drink specials.

The suspension was for three days.

Crossbones Tavern, which used to be Peasant’s Pub, opened in February.
