Goldsboro man jailed for shooting, robbery

GOLDSBORO: N.C. (WNCT) – A convicted felon accused of breaking into a house, firing shots, and fleeing on a scooter is back in custody.

28-year-old Leamon Holmes allegedly broke into 809 B on Prince Avenue is Goldsboro last Thursday.

While inside the residence, he took medication and a handgun, leading police on a chase before crashing his scooter and being taken into custody.

Holmes has multiple charges, including assault with deadly weapon with intent to kill and possession of stolen firearm.

He’s still in jail on a $350,000 bond.
