Man wanted in death of La Grange teen

GOLDSBORO, NC (WNCT) – Investigators with the Goldsboro Police Department say they are looking for a man who shot and killed a teen from La Grange.

Police say Rashad Terrel Daniels, 22, shot 17-year-old Jeorme Barnes while he sat in car Saturday at a convenience store on Elm Street in Goldsboro. They have obtained warrants for the arrest of Daniels.

Barnes later died at Vidant Medical Center.

Police consider Davis armed and dangerous.

Daniels is described as a black male 22 years of age, 6’1″ tall, and weighing around 180 pounds. He is from the Goldsboro/La Grange area.
