2 behind bars in Onslow Co. break-ins

JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) – Two men are behind bars in Onslow County charged with several break-ins in the Montclair subdivision in Jacksonville.

Deputies responded to a vehicle break in on July 31st.

They say 21-year-old Kegan Damke was seen running through the neighborhood. He and another suspect, 26-year-old Bo Sinnott, were both arrested.

They both face dozens of charges in connection to the thefts:

Kegan Damke:
8 Counts Felony Breaking & Entering a Motor Vehicle
8 Counts Misdemeanor Possession Stolen Goods/Property
8 Counts Misdemeanor Larceny
Misdemeanor Conspire to Commit Felony Larceny
Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia
Felony Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic
Felony Larceny of Firearm
Felony Possession of a Stolen Firearm
Felony Possession of a Firearm by Felon
Demke, a convicted felon, was remanded to the Onslow County Detention Center under a $51,000 secured bond.

8 Counts Felony Breaking & Entering a Motor Vehicle
8 Counts Misdemeanor Possession Stolen Goods/Property
8 Counts Misdemeanor Larceny
Felony Conspire to Commit Felony Larceny
Felony Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia
Felony Possession of Marijuana up to ½ oz
8 Counts Felon
Sinnott also remanded to the Onslow County Detention Center under a $30,000 secured bond.

Deputies encourage you to lock your homes and vehicles and hide all valuables.
