Raleigh man arrested at state capitol

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCT) – A 32 year old man is facing charges Saturday night after officials claim he was at the state capitol wearing a mask, gloves, and carry a backpack full of spray paint and a handgun.

Raleigh police arrested Perren Moss around 5 a.m. No property was damaged and no one was injured.

Police say they’re not connecting this case to recent vandalism to state monuments.
