Artist creates spray paint mural in Kinston

KINSTON, N.C. (WNCT) – A local artist is wrapping up a spray paint mural in the City of Kinston this week.

Jacksonville artist Jason Clark has been using his skills on the old NAPA building behind the Arts Council on Blount Atreet.

According to Smart Kinston’s Facebook page, Clark has been there every morning this week using spray paint and plans to be done by Sunday.

The project is part of the Smart Kinston City Project Foundation’s effort to bring arts and culture to the Kinston community.
