Governor McCrory to attend National Governors Association Summer Meeting

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCT)- Governor Pat McCrory will attend the National Governors Association (NGA) Summer Meeting hosted by Governor Earl Ray Tomblin in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. The meeting convenes Thursday and runs through Saturday.

On Thursday, Governor McCrory will participate in the NGA Executive Committee meeting, of which he is a member.

On Friday, the governor will meet with the National Commission on the Future of the Army.

On Saturday, Governor McCrory will join Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam for a session titled, “Skills for the Future: Career Pathways Accelerating State Economies.”

U.S. Secretary of Labor Thomas Perez will be featured at this event as well.
