Missing Tennessee girl spotted in NC found by US Marshals

SMYTHE COUNTY, Va. (WNCN) – An Amber Alert for a 14-year-old Tennessee girl who has been missing for nearly two weeks has been canceled after the two were located by the U.S. Marshals Service.

Hayleigh Wilson and Benjamin Shook were located by the U.S. Marshals Service in Smythe County, Virginia. Wilson and Shook have been taken to the Smythe County Sheriff’s Office.

The two were previously spotted in June at a Walmart in Marion, North Carolina.

The two were also spotted at a campground in Sugar Grove, Va., where a driver dropped them off after picking them earlier.

Marshals believe the Wilson met Shook online.
