Ten suspects arrested in ongoing narcotics investigation

WASHINGTON, N.C. (WNCT)- Washington Police arrested ten suspects on felony charges after conducting a drug sweep June 30th following an ongoing narcotics investigation. The charges are as followed:

Pierre Lamont Woolard age 30 of West MLK drive charged with manufacture, sell or deliver controlled substance within 100 feet of a school and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.  Bond was set at $10,000.

Darrin Edward Albritton Sr. age 48 of Market Street was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver controlled substance within 100 feet of a park and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.  Bond was set at $50,000

Andre Quamane Shelton age 25 of Manual Drive was charged with two counts of trafficking in opiates or heroin.  Bond was set at $15,000.

Clarence Earl Pierce age 61 of Bridge Street was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver controlled substance within 100 feet of a school and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.  Bond was set at $15,000.

Andre Jerome Spencer age 39 of Market Street was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver controlled substance within 1000 feet of a park, possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule II controlled substance, two counts of trafficking in opium or heroin and three counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.  Bond was set at $200,000.

Tito Ray Collins age 41 of West MLK Drive was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver controlled substance within 100 feet of a park and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.  Bond was set at $15,000.

Kenneth Justin Tucker age 26 of East 8th street was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule I controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.  Bond was set at $15,000.

Kashon Eugene Moore age 20 of Alderbrook Circle was charged with three counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana and three counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.  Bond was set at $15,000.

Tashombee Keishawn Jones age 22 of Pierce Street was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule III controlled substance.  Bond was set at $15,000.

Antonio Laquan Brooks age 34 of Smaw Road was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver MDA/MDMA (Extacy) and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Bond was set at $5,000.
