Four facing drug charges in Kinston after investigation

KINSTON, N.C. (WNCT) – A five-month investigation by the Kinston Department of Public Safety has resulted in the arrest of four Kinston residents.

Sheron Roberts Marshall, Martrice Eugine Hines, Brandi Michelle Blizzard, and Mark Anthony Mann were all arrested Tuesday on drug charges by members of the Kinston Department of Public Safety, the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Marshal Task Force. The arrests were made after a search warrant was executed at Marshall’s home on North Queen Street. A search of the home resulted in the discovery of eighty-five bags of Heroin with a street value of $900 as well as marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and $296 in cash.

Marshall is currently in jail under $500,000 secured bond. She faces felony charges for Trafficking A Schedule 1 Drug (Heroin) and Maintaining a dwelling for a Controlled Substance. Martice Eugine Hines was cited and released. He faces misdemeanor charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Schedule VI Drug (Marijuana). Brandi Michelle Blizzard is currently in the Lenoir County Jail under a $30,000 secured bond along with Mark Anthony Mann. Mann is currently in the Lenoir County Jail under a $10,000 secured bond. No court dates have been released yet for any of the group.
