PCC to host ENCFF 2015, an independent film festival, on Saturday

WINTERVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) – Pitt Community College will host the Eastern North Carolina Film Festival 2015 on Saturday.

The festival will feature more than 170 independent films from around the world.

“This is the only independent film festival in eastern North Carolina. I think being able to show 170 films is really a dynamic event,” said PCC Coordinator for Music and Drama, Michael Stephenson.

The film festival will feature two screening sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The morning screening run from 9a.m – 12p.m. and the afternoon session is scheduled for 1p.m. – 5p.m.

At the conclusion of the screenings a red carpet and award ceremony will take place at 7p.m.

The film festival does cost money.
