Neuse River Mitigation Plan continues to get support

AYDEN, N.C. – The Ayden Town Council approved on Monday a way to help communities get federal aid from FEMA during a disaster.

They approved the Neuse River Mitigation Plan.

It is a joint venture with five counties including Greene, Lenoir, Jones and Wayne County.
