The N.C. Department of Transportation has begun mailing out its first-ever customer survey to determine what people think of its services.
According to the department, randomly selected citizens will receive a paper copy in the mail in the coming week to help NCDOT find out what North Carolina residents think about various services. Additional citizen feedback will be collected online.
This survey is designed to gauge how the department is doing as it tries to provide customer service. The survey will be conducted annually, and the results will be used as the basis for measuring the department’s performance in customer service.
Mailed surveys must be returned by mid-June. The online survey will close June 12.
